a dream that
has been cooking
for years
in the summer of 2019 i got the opportunity to do a japanese lunch for five months in the wonderful bollwerk buvette by hellblau concepts. the concept of offering authentic japanese cuisine with a personal touch became an instant hit! and it was a huge motivation for opening a "real" izakaya!
VOUCHERS
vouchers can be ordered and paid for online. the value of the voucher can be chosen freely. upon payment, the voucher (as qr-code) can be emailed to oneself or directly to the person receiving the gift, vouchers can be used several times (i.e. the amount does not have to be used up at once). thank you!
